Resident fellows must meet the following criteria to apply: exempt level staff members who have a minimum of five years professional experience (with a minimum of 2 years administrative experience at current position in Harvard and in good HR standing) and have completed a baccalaureate degree.  Review of applications will be based on professional achievement, a written statement of purpose, and a letter of reference from an immediate supervisor and a human resources representative in the school or department.  The University-wide AFP Review Committee, comprised of human resource managers and former AFP fellows will select the 2017-2018 Resident Fellows in August based on preliminary evaluations and interviews of top candidates.  In order to assure full consideration, completed applications must be received via email at afp@harvard.edu by July 7, 2017.
